We all know that we hate that they never found out it was David's baby. But do you think it would have made any difference to them and the future of their relationship if they had found out?

I don't know maybe they did a test when she lost the baby and they found out it was his. He acted like he thought it was his the way he seemed to be suffering in Yuk..
Funny Rose and I were just talking about how at the end of WWAV how David is sitting by her bed and I believe holding her hand and she says "We will never be the same again." And he says' We will be fine." And then the nurse comes in all peppy (really) and tells them the good news is that they can start trying again soon. What was the expression on their faces? Shock like oh no! I mean they were getting back together at this time. IDK.

yesin myhead i alwasy imagines they found out it was his. He really was protrayed as suffering like it was , he suffered just like her but of course the woman does suffer more im sure but coudl he have jsut been suffering casue he was going to be a "father" and suffering for maddie cause he loved her so much too? I dont know. If he did find out which we dont know if he did they still suffered alone and that was terrible. Daivd deserved to know the baby was his and i also believe he believed it was his too the whole time.

Yes I think too that deep deep down he was convinced it was his, despite of her telling him the opposite with such a firm conviction, he simply knew it. But I think that his grief couldn't be bigger; even if it wasn't his or if he thought it wasn't his, he'd have been devastated all the same.
