And another question I'd like to hear opinions about:
Again, we don't have to point out that Maddie is to 100 % right when she's angry about things like limbo parties or boxing games during office hours, same about David showing up late and/or clearly hungover for work or, worse, for client meetings.
But: in the betting scene she complains about a lot more things that she obviously doesn't find suitable for David's position, like his behavior/way of talking in general, singing, "lewd sexist remarks" (oh c'mon, Maddie, admit that you enjoy them LOL) etc. My question is: is she exaggerating here? Do you think that David really behaves in a way with clients (which I believe is Maddie's point) that is inappropriate and endangering the business?

No I don't think he makes lewd and sexist remarks to clients but I can see him flirting with an attractive woman client lol. I think she is also talking about office decorum and what would happen if a client or potential client walked in and saw a limbo contest poker game or one of his other "fun" ideas! And I think his suggestive remarks secretly thrill and embarrass her.
Maddie also wants him to be a boss. I think she hates that everyone loves David cause he is fun and easy while she is the one who always has to crack the whip.

No, as I said, the office decorum thing about not scaring away potential clients is clear, and she was absolutely right there. A flirt with a female client? Maybe, although I think David would have kept it in a decent way and never behaved inappropriately. Of course, Maddie would have hated it LOL can you say green-eyed snake? But the thought about her cracking the whip whereas the staff loved him is interesting, and I think you really have a point there! Good idea! Like in real life when mom complains to dad that she always has to be the severe one LOL Oh and yes, I think she was thrilled about the sexist remarks too... secretly, of course

Yes the green eyed snake would have risen if and when she noticed him innocently flirting with an attractive client. I can just here her "we will not be taking this case!" LOL

And I think his suggestive remarks secretly thrill and embarrass her. Just rewatched that part again... strictly for research purposes LOL and another sidenote: when she complains about his lewd sexist remarks and he replies About you or your whole gender? his voice drops almost an octave and that makes my insides tingle...

No, I don't think so. She meant he didn't have a chance to win the bet... because it was in his nature to be lewd LOL
