Favorite David moments:of course, the bar scene - the moment when he can't bear to watch Maddie dance with Richie and looks away. That look on his face - heartbreaking!! The moment when he breaks down the door and storms into Maddie's house, pointing his finger like gun at Richie: "You're a dead man!" I don't know why, but somehow I find that very sexy oh, and it's hysterical when Richie checks his pulse and deadpans: "Beg to differ with you, bro!" definitely Addison breed!! ;D Love the final scene, of course, when Maddie shows him a piece of her heart (see below ) and he says, more to himself, with that adorable smile and litte-boy-voice: "This ain't bad!"Maddie moments:It's so funny when, in the restaurant scene, she tries to stop the upcoming fight between the brothers by chastising both: "Addison!"Love when she - almost casually - says about Richie: "I would have dropped him at the terminal." That's so sweet because she practically tells David that she likes him better than his brother and she shows that she knows how important it is for him to hear that!

Love Agnes in this one too! The way she stands up against David and gets mad at him for snapping at her for no reason - "no cute apologies!" - adorable!!

Yes, I love that scene. David was angry so he picked it out on Agnes. Shel looked like she wanted to cry. I love an angry Agnes too.

Me too!! Agree, she looks very upset. When she says that she feels bad too, "many times!!" her voice almost breaks, and I think we get a glimpse on the fact that she leads a quite linely life too!

They are all sad and lonely. So sad. We see that David spends most of his time in bars, alienated from his family..Maddie goes to bed alone at 9:30...they need each other. I am happy that Agnes finally found her love in Viola.

I love that too, sissy, because she knew it was important for David to know that, in short words, she liked him better than his brother.

I think the bar scene is the first turning point in the show for David's character. It's the moment we find out he is truly head over heels in love with Maddie. We see it in his face watching them dance and then in his actions completely swallowing his pride and asking his brother for the money to give to Maddie anonymously. I think this scene is one of the best of the show. It's romantic and heartbreaking at the same time. If we weren't in love with David Addison by this point, we definitely are now.
David asking "You always this much fun in the morning?" Maddie flirting with David with a smirk on her face saying your going to die wondering is also such a great flirty line to end the show with. It keeps us wanting more to see where this love story will go next.
